The purpose of this paper was to investigate the factors that influence the organizational climate with the aim to evaluate the climate for creativity in the “Vytautas mineral SPA” organization. The results of the research carried out on the creativityfriendly climate in “Vytautas mineral SPA” organization, revealing the main obstacles that inhibit the creativity of the employees. Observing the fact that the employees of the organization feel the insufficient amount of encouragement, the recommendations are given to show the ways on how to reduce the control of the supreme power and how to appreciate the employees for their creative contribution to the work. Such changes would improve the organizational climate and the employees would feel more freedom and courage in sharing their new ideas.
