5. Stigmella tiliae (Frey, 1856) (new to the Crimea). (Figs 14, 65). Host-plants. Tilia cordata Mill. in the Crimea; in other regions also other Tilia species. Distribution. Euro-Submediterranean; the species occurs from Spain and Great Britain to Sweeden, northwestern Russia and the western Caucasus (Georgia: Abkhazia and Adzharia). Material examined. CRIMEA: 1♂, 1♀, Yalta, Mountain Forest Reserve, mining larvae on Tilia cordata Mill., fieldwork card no. 5039, 19.vii.2011, leg. A. Diškus & A. Navickaitė, genitalia slide no. AN 493♂; mining larvae and empty leaf-mines on Tiliae cordara Mill., fieldwork card no. 5039, 21.vii.2011, leg. A. Diškus & A. Navickaitė. Remarks. The species is not rare in the Crimea; despite the limited distribution (known from the Yalta Forest Reserve) it is rather very abundant.
