Magistro darbo tikslas – išsiaiškinti, kaip pedagogai vertina ir sprendžia patyčių problemas Vilniaus vidurinėse mokyklose. TYRIMO KLAUSIMAI:
- Kiek mokytojai žino apie patyčių pavidalus ir kiek patyrę identifikuoti šiuos modelius?
- Kokių strategijų mokytojai naudoja, sprendžiant patyčių situacijas, ir kaip jos tinka geriausiųjų praktikų pagrindui?
- Kokius iššūkius mokytojai patiria, susidurdami su patyčių problema, ir kokios galimybės jiems egzistuoja, konsoliduojant jų vaidmenį kuriant saugią ir draugišką mokymosi aplinką? PAGRINDINĖS IŠVADOS: Pedagogų taikomos taktikos gali ženkliai prisidėti prie saugaus ir palaikančio mokymosi aplinkos kūrimo. Strategijų, kultūrinio jautrumo, bendradarbiavimo, aiškių standartų nustatymo, mokinių įgalinimo, nuolatinio mokymosi ir politikos vykdymo svarba yra pagrindiniai teminiai svarstymai. Nepaisant iššūkių, mokytojai demonstruoja pasiryžimą kurti įtraukias ir pagarbias darbo vietas, kur patyčios yra neleistinos, o empatija yra vertinama. Išvadose pabrėžiama poreikis toliau siekti spręsti patyčių problemą Vilniaus vidurinėse mokyklose ir akcentuojama poreikis paremti politiką ir veiksmus įrodymais.
For more understanding on how educators identify and address bullying in the different environment of Vilnius High Schools, a research project titled "Teachers' Perspectives and Practices in Addressing Bullying in Vilnius High Schools" has been launched. In order to address bullying in this specific learning environment, teachers have to do an extensive study to learn more about the types of bullying, their knowledge and skills, the preventive strategies they use, and the possibilities and challenges they face.
Research questions:
RQ1: How much do Vilnius High School teachers know about the many forms of bullying, and how skilled are they at identifying these patterns?
Methods of Intervention:
RQ2: What strategies do teachers employ to address bullying situations at Vilnius High Schools, and how do these strategies fit into the established best practices framework?
Prospects and Challenges:
RQ3: What challenges do educators face when dealing with bullying, and what opportunities exist for them to solidify their roles in creating a safe and friendly learning environment?
The main objectives:
1.Categorizing the main types of bullying
2.Uncover teachers an other factors role in preventing bullying
3.Assest teachers approach towards prevention of bullying in high school
This master's thesis, that carefully analyzed the opinions and practices of teachers in Lithuanian high schools, has given important information about the different types of bullying and the strategies used by teachers. The results highlight the complexity of bullying, including a variety of aggressive acts as well as social and cultural factors. For creating safe and supportive environment communication among teachers and students , improving the ability of empathy and respect each other can be very important. They are many important aspects that teachers should consider such as cultural sensitivity , continues learning , following state policy. These factors are important for teachers toward preventing bullying and how they treat when they face bullying. Teachers do their best in their workplaces where is respectful for different cultures , follows all policies. They can plan parental meeting for creating cooperation work between teacher and parents. As a result , this study is important to show the role of effective strategies which mainly focus on learners’ performance and well being. For using this research and the result of this research , teachers, school managers , policy makers can create better environment for future learners. By using the information gathered in this study, policymakers, educators, and other stakeholders can create specific programs to make school environments safer and more supportive for future generations of students.
