Pasidalytosios lyderystės ryšys su vaikų gerovės užtikrinimu ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigose

Abstract

Pasidalytoji lyderystė šiandieninėje švietimo įstaigoje didina jos efektyvumą, stiprina įstaigos valdymą ir gerina mokymosi rezultatus. Pasidalytosios lyderystės formavimąsi švietimo sistemoje lėmė pertvarkymų vykdymas, pakeitęs viešojo valdymo nuostatas, kurios nukreiptos ne tik į tai kaip pakeisti švietimo sistemos, bet ir į kiekvienos ikimokyklinės ugdymo įstaigos administravimo procesų vykdymą. Tyrimas atskleidė, kad pasidalytoji lyderystė stiprina ir tvirtina ryši su vaiko gerovės užtikrinimu. Pastebėta, kad vis dar atsiranda sunkumų su vaikų tėvais, kurie nepalaiko vaikų su specialiaisiais poreikiais ir šitaip didina atskirtį ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigose. Shared leadership in today's educational institution increases its efficiency, strengthens the management of the institution and improves learning outcomes. The formation of shared leadership in the education system was determined by the implementation of reorganizations, which changed the provisions of public management, which are aimed not only at how to change the education system, but also at the implementation of the administration processes of each preschool educational institution. The study revealed that shared leadership strengthens and reinforces the connection to ensuring child well-being. It has been noted that there are still difficulties with parents of children who do not support children with special needs, thus increasing segregation in pre-school education institutions.
