Abstract (lt)
Tyrimo objektas - atlikimo meno bakalauro studijų programos kokybė. Tyrimo tikslas - nustatyti atlikimo meno studijų programą baigiančiųjų studentų nuomonę apie studijų kokybę. Tyrimo uždaviniai:
- Nustatyti kriterijus, pagrindžiančius studijų programos kokybę.
- Atskleisti IV kurso studentų atlikimo meno studijų programos vertinimą.
- Pateikti rekomendacijas atlikimo meno studijų programos tobulinimui. Tyrimo metodai: mokslinės literatūros analizė ir turinio analizė, remiantis studentų baigiamaisiais rašto darbais. Darbo struktūra. Darbą sudaro santraukos lietuvių ir anglų kalbomis, įvadas, du skyriai, išvados ir literatūros sąrašas. Pirmajame skyriuje, remiantis nagrinėjama moksline literatūra, apžvelgiami kriterijai, padedantys nustatyti aukštojo mokslo studijų kokybę, apibrėžiami studijų proceso dalyviai ir pateikiama, kuo svarbus studentų požiūris bei apibūdinami studijų kokybės kriterijai studentų požiūriu. Antrajame skyriuje atliekamas kokybinis tyrimas, siekiant išsiaiškinti bakalauro ketvirto kurso studentų nuomonę apie studijų programos kokybę - teigiamas patirtis, taisytinas sritis ir rekomendacijas studijų programos tobulinimui. Darbas baigiamas išvadomis, kurių pagrindinės pateikiamos čia:
- Kriterijai, pagrindžiantys studijų programos kokybę yra šie: patikimumas, reagavimas, kompetentingumas, bendravimas, saugumas, studento pažinimas, apčiuopiamumas, studijų tikslai, rezultatai ir turinys, mokslo ir studijų veiklos sąsajos, akademinė parama ir vadyba, asmeninio tobulėjimo galimybės, studijavimas, studijų pasiekimai ir absolventų užimtumas, studijų programos ir aukštosios mokyklos prestižas, studijų kokybės valdymas ir viešinimas.
- Atlikimo meno studijų programa pateisino daugelio IV kurso studentų lūkesčius ir suteikė galimybes tolesniam profesiniam tobulėjimui, teigiamai vertinamos suteiktos galimybės dalyvauti įvairiose muzikinėse veiklose, universiteto dėstytojai vertinami kaip kompetentingi, gerai atsiliepiama apie dėstymo kokybę. Studentams sudaromos tinkamos sąlygos mokymosi procesui. Prie taisytinų sričių studentai priskyrė dėstytojų, meistriškumo kursų, koncertinės veiklos, teorinių discilpinų, reikiamo inventoriaus trūkumą.
- Rekomendacijos studijų programos tobulinimui pateiktos dėl teorinių ir specialybinių disciplinų vykdymo, įvairių renginių organizavimo, studijų programos organizavimo, praktikos valandų didinimo, bei inventoriaus, reikalingo mokymosi procesui.
Abstract (en)
Research object - the quality of the bachelor's degree program in performing arts. Research aim - to determine the opinion of the students completing the performance art study programme about the quality of studies. Research tasks:
- Identify the criteria that justify the quality of the study programme.
- To disclose the assessment of the art study programme for the performance of 4th year students.
- To make recommendations for the improvement of the performance art study program. Research methods: analysis of scientific literature and analysis of the content, based on the final writings of students. Structure of work. The work consists of summaries in Lithuanian and English, introduction, two chapters, conclusions and a list of literature. The first chapter, on the basis of the scientific literature under consideration, reviews the criteria that help to determine the quality of higher education studies, defines participants in the study process and presents the importance of the students approach and describes the quality criteria of studies from the students point of view. In the second chapter, a qualitative study is carried out in order to find out the opinion of the students of the bachelor's 4th year about the quality of the study programme - positive experiences, areas to be corrected and recommendations for the improvement of the study programme.
- The criteria justifying the quality of the study program are: reliability, responsiveness, competence, communication, security, cognition of the student, tangibleness, study goals, results and content, links between science and study activities, academic support and management, opportunities for personal development, study, study achievements and graduate employment, prestige of the study program and higher education institution, study quality management and publicity.
- The study program of performing arts met the expectations of many 4th year students and provided opportunities for further professional development, opportunities for participation in various musical activities are positively assessed, university lecturers are viewed as competent, and the quality of teaching is well received. Students are provided with proper conditions for the learning process. Among the areas to be corrected were the lack of teachers, masterclasses, concert activities, theoretical disciplines, and the necessary inventory.
- Recommendations for the improvement of the study program are provided regarding the implementation of theoretical and special disciplines, organization of various events, organization of the study program, increase of practice hours, and inventory required for the learning process.
