Darbo problema klausimu. Kaip galima patobulinti logistinių procesų valdymą UAB “Baltic transline”? Darbo obejektas.Logistinių procesų valdymas. Darbo tikslas. Išanalizavus logistinių procesų valdymo teorinius aspektus ir atlikus empirinį tyrimą, pateikti siūlymus UAB “Baltic transline” logistinių procesų valdymo tobulinimui. Darbo uždaviniai.
- Išnagrinėti logistinių procesų valdymo teorinius aspektus.
- Atlikti logistinių procesų valdymo UAB “Baltic transline” analizę ir tyrimą.
- Pateikti siūlymus UAB “Baltic transline” logistinių procesų tobulinimui. Darbo metodai. Mokslinės literatūros analizė, PEST analizė, SSGG analizė, žvalgybinis tyrimas ir pusiau struktūrizuotas interviu Darbo rezultatai: bakalauro darbas susideda iš trijų dalių: teorinės, analitinės, projektinės. XXI amžiuje, didėjant logistikos svarbai, pirmoje darbo dalyje yra analizuojamos įvairių autorių mintys bei pagrindiniai elementai, kurie yra būtini siekiant sukurti sėkmingai besivystantį logistikos verslą. Svarbiausias elementas šiuolaikinėje logistikoje - klientų aptarnavimas yra pristatomas. Analitinėje darbo dalyje, aptariama įmonė UAB "Baltic transline". Pateikiamos paslaugos, kurias teikia organizacija, analizuojami surinkti duomenys apie įmonę. Atliekamas žvalgybinis tyrimas, pusiau struktūrizuotas interviu. Trečioje darbo dalyje, aptariamos kylančios problemos įmonėje bei pateikiami siūlymai jas spręsti. Galiausiai, darbas atskleidžia logistikos procesus, iš kurių, kaip pagrindinis yra išskiriamas klientų aptarnavimas. Pateikiami pasiūlymai, kaip gerinti tyrimo metu išanalizuotas problemas.
Abstract (en)
The object of research: management of logistics processes. The aim of research: having analyzed theoretical aspects of logistic processes management and following an empyrical study to introduce proposals for improvement of cutomer service. The objectives:
- To analyze theoretical aspects of logistic processes management;
- To research logistic processes of UAB „Baltic transline“;
- To provide directions for improving logistic processes of UAB „Baltic transline“. The methods of research: analysis of scientific literature, PEST analysis, SSGG analysis, questionnaire survey and semi - structured interview. The results of research: the bachelor thesis consists of three main parts: theoretical, analytical, and project – based one. With regard to the growing importance of logistics in XXI century, first part of the thesis is to analyse opinions of various authors on aspects and key elements, which are important for successfully growing logistics buissnesses. Most important factor of logistics – client service is discussed and presented. In the analytical part of thesis, company UAB „Baltic transline“ is introduced. Details analysis of services provided by this company are presented. Official statistics and data from UAB „Baltic transline“ are analysed and presented. Afterwards, questionnary and semi – structured interview‘s data are presented. In the third part of the thesis, directions of client management improving are given in regards of research data. To conclude, thesis reveals aspects of logistics processes, from which, client management underlined as the key process. Solution for improvement of this process is given in context of reaserch.
