Abstract
The influence of different light spectrum components on edible carrot flower organs formation was investigated in phytotron, in LIH. The aim was to determine the effect of light spectrum on initiation and morphology of carrot flowers. Differencies in flowers morphology depends on developmental level of apical meristems during treatment with various light components. The formation of staments was disturbed when apical meristems with light emmiting diodes were treated during flower initiation and differentiation stage. Ecsept in treatment with aditional yellow light or without 660 nm component. The formation of flower organs (stamens) disbalanse is determined by exspression of AP3, PI and AGAMOUS genes.
