    The article presents the telecommunication company’s sales personnel motivation research, according to F. Herzberg’s Two Factor Theory and Equity Theory main attitudes. 16 separate factors related to the nature of the work as well as the job environment is analyzed and the impact of these factors is measured on dissatisfaction and motivation of sales personnel. The authors also analyze personnel interpretations on reward equity.

    The article analyses the issues of Lithuanian society development and its management aspects during 1940– 2008. There are three periods considering the essential changes that overtook all spheres of the country’s life; the authors analyze their character and influence on the development of the basic demographic processes. The changes in fertility, mortality and migration have produced immediate changes in the age structure. The aging, as the result of demographic processes, refers to an entire age structure becoming old. The paper discusses the directions of the population policy considering the aging process.

    The authors seek to reveal the peculiarities of individual enterprises' activity regulation. The article considers legal aspects and peculiarities of individual enterprises in modern legal theory and practice. The law of the Republic of Lithuania on individual enterprises specifies the norms which make direct impact on operating individual enterprises and their owners. Also, the emphasis is made on the importance of this Law for further operation, establishment and liquidation of individual enterprises.
