Socialinis darbas. Patirtis ir metodai, 2018, nr. 22(2), p. 13-18
Šis straipsnis parengtas pagal pranešimą, kurį Sijtze de Roos, Europos nacionalinių supervizijos organizacijų asociacijos (Association of National Organisations for Supervision in Europe toliau – ANSE) prezidentas, 2018 m. kovo 15 d. pristatė Opatijoje Kroatijos supervizijos asociacijos (HDSOR) 20-ųjų metinių proga.

    research article
    Ehrenbusch, Helena
Socialinis darbas. Patirtis ir metodai, 2018, nr. 22(2), p. 19-33
The aim of this article is to introduce the concept of body work in professional con¬text, and to make it this way more accessible to people who are not professionally trained in specific movement disciplines. In this article the theoretical underpinnings of body work are derived from three larger areas. Science, more precisely neurosci¬ence, is researching the theme of body-mind connections, mirror neurons, origin of emotions. The main practical impact is visible in psychiatry, where new revolution in diagnostics has been done through the invention of bodily movement observation tools. The art of dance and movement has gained scientific value through Laban Movement Analyses, which offers tools for not only choreographers and dance teach¬ers in teaching movement awareness, but also for body psychotherapists.

Socialinis darbas. Patirtis ir metodai = Social work. Experience and methods. Kaunas : Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas, 2018, T. 22(2), p. 35-62
The importance and necessity of supervision as a consultancy for professional staff justifies an understanding that in the social services sector the success of the work depends to a large extent on the successful cooperation between employees and management, also between qualified professionals and their service users. It is expected that the results of the empirical research will be presented that will provide conditions for the professional supervisors working in the professional field of the social work sector to reflect their experience and to respond more specifically to the expectations of social workers for professional supervision. Social work and supervision have been interrelated since the beginning of professional social work. Social work in contemporary society is facing an increasingly complex and constantly changing environment. Social workers have emotional difficulties in assessing and helping a specific person due to the complexity of systemic or organizational differences, a variety of practical situations and social services, social workers’ and the service users’ knowledge or psychological differences. Supervision as a professional consultation is used as a supplementary instrument to support the process of formation and reflection, organizational change processes and organizational development. The aim of the article is to analyze the social workers’ expectations for supervision based on social work supervision function theory focusing on administrative, learning, and supportive supervision functions and their separate elements. There was a quantitative web survey implemented on supervision. 250 social workers from broad spectrum of social work practice and geographical locations completed the questionaire. Quantitative data were analyzed using SPSS24 software.[...]

[Supervision in the social work studies as professional repetition]
    research article
    Kiaunytė, Asta
Socialinis darbas. Patirtis ir metodai, 2018, nr. 22(2), p. 63-81
Straipsnyje kokybiniu tyrimu siekiama atskleisti autentišką supervizijos procesą universitetinėse socialinio darbo studijose. Tyrimo analizė rodo, kad socialinio darbo studijų supervizijoje kaip profesinėje repeticijoje asmuo turi galimybę jungti skirtingus vaidmenis: studento / socialinio darbuotojo / supervizuojamojo. Šių vaidmenų integravimas suteikia asmeniui reikšmingą mokymosi, ekperimentavimo ir reflektavimo patirtį. Tyrimo dalyvių refleksyvių patirčių analizė rodo, kad įgyta patirtis supervizijoje įgalina juos veikti ir realiame profesiniame gyvenime.
