Abstract: The work, which contains properly financial and commercial transactions quantitative analysis, is segmented to three quite different but overall combined by financial and commercial transactions quantitative evaluation, consider to risk and time influenced the idea, chapters. The first chapter - time and risk factors interaction evaluation at financial transactions. Here are shortly discussed the time factor value for financial trans-actions.more emphasis on the necessity and possibility to evaluate uncertainty and risk. The second chapter - the interest engineering - here are focused on the content and difference of interest and financial transactions adequacy real needs, also significant emphasis on debt service quantitative dependence. The third chapter - the cash flow analysis, which is designed to solve the main cash flow analysis problem using mathematical models. The fourth chapter - profit engineering - is the largest part, which contains the essence of profitability conception, profitability differentiation examining a different transactions. Here are explored different financial and commercial transactions profitability measurement techniques from simple debt securities to derivative security and investments
