dc.description.abstractThis article analyzes school culture as a premise for the expression of cultural diversity. Bearing in mind that school culture is a system of core values, declared by the organization, recognized by its members and followed by both organization and members in their actions, it is important for the organization's culture to be open to various cultures and personal expression. School culture can be analyzed from the perspective of three aspects: common agreements (in other words basic assumptions), overlapping (espoused) values, and external (visible) culture. Each of these levels makes reference and should conform to everyday agreements between a school as an organization and a person as a member of the school communityen
