    The purpose of the article is to find out patterns of interdependency, in terms of opportunities targeted and strategies deployed, between current supply chain challenges and business strategies of small and medium sized enterprises in Lithuania. The research starts with the theoretical analysis of the problem, then the results of an empirical study on supply chain challenges faced and business strategies undertaken by small and medium sized enterprises in Lithuania are presented. At the end of the article conclusions and further research suggestions are formulated.

    This paper investigates the employee relations role on the organizational culture formation in Lithuanian companies. It was analysed what influence the employee relations have on the organizational culture formation of a particular company and subculture formation in departments. It is also discussed the practice when managers of many organizations don’t seek to form certain organizational culture, so it can form spontaneously depending on the prevailing relationships among colleagues and among supervisors and subordinates.

    Emphasizing the internal stakeholders’ importance in the processes of place branding is increasingly gaining popularity among theoreticians and practitioners, however the unique understanding of the concept of internal place branding is still absent. This paper aims to provide an initial conceptual framework and to contribute in amplifying the knowledge of the concept.

    This paper presents a comparative analysis of the researches on personal and organizational values congruence detailing their specifics in respect of countries, organizations, respondents and the instruments concerned. Empirical studies of the 1999–2012 period that considered personal and organizational values congruence have been selected for the sake of comparison. The biggest focus is on the analysis of diagnostic tools in order to specify their content and frequencies of usage.
