Abstract
Objective of the study: research of different biological preparations effect on inner mycorrhiza development in ecologically grown onion plant roots. The research on mycorrhiza in the roots of onion plant was completed in ecological farm of Pašiaušės village, Kelmė area in 2018. The experiment was conducted on the field, the aim was to determine the impact of biological preparation solution use on ecologically grown onion plants. Biological preparation solutions present in the experiment were: Bactolive Tuber + ComCat, Biohran + Polimiksobakterin, Bactofoce + Bactoforce, Bioelement + Bioelement. Biological preparations at first were used to cover the seeding plants, after 2 weeks upon shooting the leaves of onion plant were also covered with preparations. After additional 2 weeks root samples were taken for further analysis. For more detailed microscopic results, root samples were painted with Trypan Blue and methodological calculations were performed in order to determine the intensity of mycorrhiza M in epidermis of root samples, amount of arbusculars a from affected parts of root samples and amount of arbusculars A from entire root sample system. Use of biological preparations Bactolive Tuber + ComCat, Biohran + Polimiksobakterin, Bactofoce + Bactoforce, Bioelement + Bioelement resulted in increased intensity of mycorrhiza and determined increased development of arbusculars when compared with controlled results, where biological praparetion solutions were absent. Results showed that presence of mycorrhiza and arbusculars in entire root system was the most intensive when Biohran + Polimiksobakterin solution was used (88, 9 %).
