dc.description.abstractMetano eksperimentiniai tyrimai atlikti naudojant laboratorinį automatinį biometano nustatymo stendą AMPTS II. Į reaktorių buvo įkrauta 5,46 g galvijų kanopų susmulkintų iki 5-12 mm ir termiškai apdorotų palaikant 130 °C temperatūrą 1 valandą. Rezultatai rodo, kad biomasės biologinė degradaciją truko 15 parų. Anglies ir azoto C:N santykis žaliavoje siekia 16,47 ir yra palankus biodujų gamybai. Biometano potencialas po 4 dienų siekė 70 % visos arba 359,0 l CH4 / kg sausos organinės medžiagos. dc.description.abstractMethane potential experiments from slaughterhouse waste was performed in an automatic biomethan potential test stand AMPTS II. Digester was loaded with 5.46 g of cattle hoof chopped to 5-12 mm and autoclaved at 130 o C for 1 hour. Results of methane potential tests from slaughterhouse waste (cattle hoof) show the biomass degradation in 15 days. The carbon to nitrogen C:N ratio in waste was 16.47 and is favourable for biogas production. The biomethane potential after 4 days was 70 % of total or 359.0 l CH4/kg dry organic material. The total biomethane potential is 513.2 l CH4/kg dry organic materialen
