Abstract: Scientific research shows that the longer the credit period is, the higher probability of occurring for delayed and “bad” debt is. In order to be competitive in the market and efficient, UAB “Agra” has to determine accounts receivables which would not only increase sales and return, but also control the probability of default, i.e. occurrence of overdue and “bad” debt. To reduce the risk and improve ratios of profitability and liquidity, the innovation of overdue customers’ debt management is necessary. The proposed innovation – theoretical model allowing to introduce the cash discounts system, which will increase the liquidity of overdue customers’ debts and provide the opportunity to choose the financial instruments for hedging against overdue and “bad” debts in UAB Agra
