Abstract: Ecological problems and environmental issue is very important in current world. Growing population and globalization is promoting use of non-renewable resources. Thinking about future generations, there is a need to take measures to protect the environment, promote economic growth and enhance social welfare. A large part of this integrated solution is based on renewable resources. One of the types of renewable energy is biofuels. The favorable macro climate can encourage local entrepreneurs to engage in the production of biofuels, but also to attract foreign investors, which would stimulate economic growth, create new places to work. There was a study about macro environmental factors with charcoal, which is related activity to biofuels. There are many researches about macro environment factors, but there’s not enough information about indicators which can express those factors. There is a lack of research related to the macro environment analysis and production of biofuels, so this article will be the production of biofuels macro environmental assessment methodology and indicators expressing the production of biofuels macro environment elements
