Abstract: Marketing innovation as a current corporate asset and a managerial tool compounds the elements of competitiveness of a business in turbulent/global markets. Marketing innovation is available in a process of companies with high organizational oriention to implement of new product ideas using sustainable manufacturing technologies, commercialization through launching or special communication means. Marketing innovation serves for the clarification of organizational management tools under it‘s products licencing framework. This article proposes underlying concepts as summarization of academic references about the inherent development of marketing innovation according legislative reguirements avoiding disruptive outcomes
