Abstract: Cherry, like other perennial herbaceous and woody plants, frost resistance at rest is influenced by hardening. Acclimation time, the shortening length of day and the prevailing low temperatures, activated transcription factor CBF, which regulates resistance to cold-related gene expression. 2011-2012, after galactinol synthase and raffinose synthesis gene expression, it was found that the bulk of gene expression was cultivar 'Note' plant buds. Lowest galactinol synthase and raffinose synthase gene expression was cultivar 'Orkolija' plants, and peace at the end of the gene expression was lower than before the peace
