Abstract
The assessment examined the use of technology for preparation of silage vibration compaction method effects on humans and the environment found that the mass of prey directional vibrator is more reliable and safer, because the man does not have direct contact with the device, because it is not harmful vibration and noise exposure, as well as the environment for the tractor non-polluting emissions from the container into the soil and groundwater doesn‘t leak as juice. The efficiency of mass thickening by directional inertia type vibrator, while thickening maize and corn-stalks, was evaluated using experimental investigation. It was established, that after 20 min of thickening corn-stalks chaff (2 layers of 200 kg) the density of 510 kg/m3 was received, and thickening the first mix of 200 kg layer after 10 min 571 kg/m3 density was received. The densities of dry matters were respectively 143 kg/m3 and 161 kg/m3. Examination of the quality of the feed determined that it meets the highest quality silage requirements. Thickening of corn-stalks and Jerusalem mixture for 20 minutes after compaction (2 layers of 65 kg) obtained from the density of 114 kg/m3, and thickening the first 65 kg weight of the mixture layer after 10 minutes reached 198 kg/m3 density. Dry matter densities were 58 and 106 kg/m3. After the mechanical resistance to densification studies inertial-directional vibrator thicken the various plants found that the lowest mechanical resistance coefficient μ obtained thicken coarse-scape herbal plants - corn (1,07.104) and corn-stalks Jerusalem mixture (1,06.104).
