dc.description.abstractSamanos paplitusios ir gausios įvairiuose biotopuose. Tuo tarpu Lietuvos samanose gyvenanti mikrofauna (protistai ir mikroskopiniai daugialąsčiai) yra beveik netirta. Mikrofaunos sudėties tyrimai buvo atlikti 7 rūšių lapsamanėse (Bryophyta: Bryopsida), surinktose iš keturių Lietuvos vietovių: Zarasų, Nidos, Jonavos ir Raudondvario. Tiriant mikrofaunos sudėtį, nustatytos 7 kiautuotųjų amebų, 2 plikųjų amebų ir 4 infuzorijų gentys. Iš mikroskopinių daugialąsčių tirtose samanose gana gausūs buvo nematodai ir verpetės. Pirmą kartą Lietuvoje rastos lėtūnų (Macrobiotus, Ramazzottius) gentys. Išskirtos dominuojančios mikrofaunos grupės: kiautuotosios amebos, nematodai, verpetės, infuzorijos, lėtūnai. Pagal Šenono įvairovės indeksą, didžiausia mikrofaunos įvairovė nustatyta Nidos (H = 2,41), mažiausia – Raudondvario samanų mėginiuose (H = 1,44)lt
dc.description.abstractMoss communities are commonly found in various habitats. Little is known about bryofauna, consisting of protists and micrometazoa that are common inhabitants of moss. The present study focused on the microfauna associated with bryophytes (Bryophyta: Bryopsida) in seven moss species from four regions of Lithuania: Zarasai, Nida, Jonava, Raudondvaris. A total of seven genera of testate amoebae, two genera of amoebae and four genera of ciliates were identified. Among micrometazoa two genera of water bears, nematodes and one genus of rotifers were recorded. The identified genera of water bears (Ramazzottius, Macrobiotus) are new for the Lithuanian microfauna. Moss samples were found to be dominated by testate amoebae, nematodes, rotifers, ciliates and water bears. The Shannon index was used to assess microfaunal diversity, which was found to be the richest in moss samples from Nida (H = 2.41) and low (H = 1.44) in the microfaunal moss community in Raudondvarisen
