Abstract: The purpose of this research paper is to investigate the relationship between inflation and unemployment level in Baltic States at pre-crisis, crisis and post-crisis periods. So, the research object is Phillips curve: the negative relationship between inflation and unemployment level. The article consists of three parts. Firstly, the theoretical background of the Phillips curve is presented. Also previous researches are analyzed in this part. Secondly, the research methodology is described. Note that empirical research period 2000–2015 is divided into 3 periods: pre-crisis (2000–2007), crisis (2008–2010), postcrisis (2011–2015). The research was carried out of using scientific literature analyse, statistical databases systematization, correlation, regression, comparative analysis and graphical method. Thirdly, the main empirical research results (the relationship between inflation and unemployment level in Baltic States and the main features of Phillips curve in Baltic States) are presented. Analysis of correlation between inflation and unemployment level confirms that Phillips curve existed in Baltic States at 2000–2015 (general), pre-crisis and crisis periods. Direct, statistical significant strong or very strong relationship is identified in Baltic States at post crisis period
