Abstract: Straipsnyje aktualizuojama tarpdiscipliniškumo svarba profesinėse studijose plėtojant kūrybingumą. Remiantis tyrimų rezultatais aptariamas ugdymo konteksto, sąlygojamo socialinių transformacijų ir organizacijų kaitos, poveikis žmogui. Aptariamas konceptualių teorijų taikymas plėtojant tarpdiscipliniškumą studijų procese. Išryškinamos galimos studijų kaitos kryptys, atsižvelgiant į kūrybingumo ugdymą aukštojoje mokykloje ir pabrėžiant aukštosios mokyklos, kaip besimokančios profesionalų organizacijos strategiją bei edukacinių novacijų, skatinančių tarpdisciplininį bendradarbiavimą, aktualumą
