Abstract
‘My interest is in the future because I am going to spend the rest of my life there.’ – says Ch. F. Kettering (Fogel, Arrington, 1997). The easiest part in the work of the manager is to be interested in the future. The hardest part is to determine how the future of an organization will look like and how an organization will act in this future. With intend to answer these and many other questions important for managing, developing and self-developing business organizations, management science gives lots of attention to processes of knowledge management in organizations that look for competitive ways in the market. With intend to understand and to develop skills of a manager, the science of management more and more often is linked with social sciences, psychology, ontopsychology and etc. This is the reason why scientists and business people emphasize a person and his or her capability to think creatively soaking up the newest knowledge.[...].
