Abstract: Four species of dormice (Gliridae) are found in Lithuania. Hazel dormouse (Muscardinus avellanarius) is common but other three species of dormice are rare (Glis glis, Dryomys nitedula, Eliomys quercinus). The parasitic fauna of dormice (Glis glis, Muscardinus avellanarius and Dryomys nitedula) were studied from 2012 to 2013. Two different species of ectoparasites were found: ticks (Acari) and fleas (Siphonaptera). The one flea species Ceratophyllus sciurorum sciurorum was predominate. We detected differences in the infection rates of different species of dormice. Muscardinus avellanarius were more infected with ectoparasites then other species of dormouse
