Abstract: Development of higher education assumes not only development of training programs, but also development of the students’ personality. However, efficiency of a person’s development in such groups has been insufficiently investigated. The given work is devoted to research on the dynamics of social interest and self-esteem because of participation in a psychological training group. Social interest and self-esteem are key characteristics individual psychology. Adequate self-esteem and advanced social interest or feelings of belonging to society are the basic parameters of a mature person.
