Atlikta darbdavių apklausa leido nustatyti darbo jėgos paklausos Lietuvos įmonėse kokybines ir struktūrines charakteristikas bei išryškinti darbo jėgos trūkumo keliamas problemas. Straipsnyje taip pat pateikiami galimi darbo jėgos trūkumo problemos sprendimo būdai
This article analyses macroeconomic and social indicators reflecting changes of labour supply and demand in the Lithuanian labour market. The results of employers’ survey display the qualitative and structural characteristics of the labour force demand in Lithuanian enterprises and highlight the problems caused by the shortage of labour force supply. Possible solutions to solve the problems related to the shortage of labour force supply are suggested in this article
