Abstract: Straipsnyje analizuojama bedarbių, registruotų Šiaulių darbo biržoje, įsidarbinimo kompetencijos. Remiantis moksline, edukacine literatūros analize ir darbo rinkos Lietuvoje ypatumais, sukurtas struktūrinis įsidarbinimo kompetencijos modelis. Išanalizuotas bedarbių požiūris į pasirengimą integruotis į darbo rinką. Tyrimo rezultatai atskleidžia problemas, kylančias plečiant bedarbių integravimąsi į darbo rinką. Šis tyrimas leidžia tikslinti ir konkretinti profesinės karjeros tyrimų, profesinio ir karjeros konsultavimo veiklos funkcijas bei pagrindines karjeros projektavimo gebėjimų sritis.
Problem. Nowadays the world is passing through the deep economical crisis, big employment fall and great rise in labour force supply, and it made the aspect of employability very actual. The competence of employability is becoming very important because of many reasons: the majority of employers are reducing the number of workplaces, the demands of labour market are changing rapidly and people must change the type of their activity too often. It is very important to analyze the competency of people registered in labour exchange and the factors influencing the competitiveness of job seekers. Research object – the competences of registered unemployed people in Šiauliai labour exchange. Research hypothesis. It is likely that the unemployed people in Šiauliai labour stock have a good theoretical background for successful integration to labour market but their knowledge are not used in a practical way. Research goal – to estimate the level of employment competence of unemployed people in Šiauliai labour exchange. Research tasks: 1. To reveal the theoretical aspects of employment competence. 2. To investigate the efficiency of the integration to labour market means in Šiauliai labour exchange. 3. To analyze the unemployed people approach towards the preparation to integrate into the labour market. Research methods: the analysis of scientific literature, questionaire, the methods of statistical analysis (SPSS 16 programme). Sample of research. 240 unemployed people (regsitrated in Šiaulai labour exchange) took part in research. Research innovation. The article analyses the unemployed people registered at Šiauliai labor exchange job competences. The model of structural employment competence is created according to the analyzed scientific and educational literature regarding the peculiarities of labor market in Lithuania. The approach and readiness of unemployed people towards the labor market is analyzed too. The results of the research revel the main problems that are met during the process of unemployed people integration to the labor market expanse. This article allows to adjust, analyze and to concretize the professional career researches, the counseling activity functions and the main abilities of career design fields.
