Abstract
Tyrimui pasirinktas kokybinis tyrimo metodas.

Research problem: Innovations in a broad sense are analyzed quite extensively in the scientific literature, but little research has been done on the experience and expectations of teachers in implementing innovative educational content in pre-school educational institutions.
Research questions: 1) What are the experiences and feelings of educators about implementing the innovative content and methodology of “LEGO EDUCATION”, what challenges are encountered in reality? 2) What are the expectations of educators regarding the help to successfully implementation of innovative educational content?
The object of the research: the experiences and feelings of educators implementing the innovative content and methodology of “LEGO EDUCATION” curriculum in pre-school educational institutions.
The aim of the research: to reveal, describe and analyze the essence of the phenomenon of experiences and feelings of educators implementing the innovative content and methodology of “LEGO EDUCATION” in kindergarten.
A qualitative research method was chosen for the study. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and teachers' reflections. Data analysis was performed based on the principles of M. Van Manen (2014) phenomenological analysis. 10 pedagogues from Vilnius, Panevėžys, and Telšiai participated in the research, who were selected for the research by the method of criterion selection.
Data analysis revealed four themes typical of phenomenological research: 1) lived time; 2) lived relation; 3) lived space; 4) lived body. Over time teachers' experiences of starting to implement innovative curriculum and methodologies have been revealed as well as changes in their experiences. Relationships that promote professional development have emerged - educators have begun to encourage pedagogues to implement innovative curriculum and methodologies. Expectations of help and the need to have a mentor are related to cooperation with colleagues implementing innovative “LEGO EDUCATION” curriculum and methodology in other kindergartens. Space in the implementation of innovative activities can be overwhelmed, lost in the activity, or its lack of experience. It has been observed that the experienced success can cause not only emotional but also bodily experiences.
