Abstract
Tyrimo tikslas - nustatyti onkologine liga sergančių asmenų ligos suvokimo, emocinės būklės bei gyvenimo prasmės ryšį. Tyrime dalyvavo 184 onkologinės ligos pacientai (vyrai, moterys). Tyrimo metodai: keturių klausimynų anketa: Zungo Depresyvumo skalė; Spilbergerio C. D. (1964) Nerimo būsenos skalė; Weinman, Petrie, Horne (1996), Weinman, Petrie (1997) Ligos suvokimo klausimynas (IPQ - R); Jim H. S. ir kiti (2006) Gyvenimo prasmės skalė (MiLS). Tyrimo rezultatai parodė, kad aukštesnio ir žemesnio suvokiamo ligos tapatumo asmenims, kuriems būdingas aukštesnis nerimastingumas, būdinga žemesnė gyvenimo prasmė, lyginant su to paties ligos tapatumo suvokimo, bet žemesnio nerimastingumo asmenimis; Aukštesnio ir žemesnio suvokiamo ligos tapatumo asmenims, kuriems būdingas aukštesnis depresyvumas, būdinga žemesnė gyvenimo prasmė, lyginant su to paties ligos tapatumo suvokimo, bet žemesnio depresyvumo asmenimis, išskyrus žemesnio suvokiamo ligos tapatumo vyrus; Ilgesnės ir trumpesnės suvokiamos ligos trukmės asmenims, kuriems būdingas aukštesnis nerimastingumas, būdinga žemesnė gyvenimo prasmė, lyginant su to paties ligos trukmės suvokimo, bet žemesnio nerimastingumo asmenimis; Ilgesnės ir trumpesnės suvokiamos ligos trukmės asmenims, kuriems būdingas aukštesnis depresyvumas, būdinga žemesnė gyvenimo prasmė, lyginant su to paties ligos trukmės suvokimo, bet žemesnio depresyvumo asmenimis, išskyrus trumpesnės suvokiamos ligos trukmės vyrus; Aukštesnės ir žemesnės suvokiamos asmeninės ligos kontrolės asmenims, kuriems būdingas aukštesnis nerimastingumas, būdinga žemesnė gyvenimo prasmė, lyginant su to paties asmeninės ligos kontrolės suvokimo, bet žemesnio nerimastingumo asmenimis, išskyrus aukštos suvokiamos asmeninės ligos kontrolės vyrus; Aukštesnės ir žemesnės suvokiamos asmeninės ligos kontrolės asmenims, kuriems būdingas aukštesnis depresyvumas, būdinga žemesnė gyvenimo prasmė, lyginant su to paties asmeninės ligos kontrolės suvokimo, bet žemesnio depresyvumo asmenimis, išskyrus aukštos suvokiamos asmeninės ligos kontrolės vyrus; Aukštesnės ir žemesnės suvokiamos gydymo ligos kontrolės asmenims, kuriems būdingas aukštesnis nerimastingumas, būdinga žemesnė gyvenimo prasmė, lyginant su to paties gydymo ligos kontrolės suvokimo, bet žemesnio nerimastingumo asmenimis; Aukštesnės ir žemesnės suvokiamos gydymo ligos kontrolės asmenims, kuriems būdingas aukštesnis depresyvumas, būdinga žemesnė gyvenimo prasmė, lyginant su to paties gydymo ligos kontrolės suvokimo, bet žemesnio depresyvumo asmenimis, išskyrus aukštos suvokiamos gydymo kontrolės vyrus; Didesnio ir mažesnio suvokiamo ligos aiškumo asmenims, kuriems būdingas aukštesnis nerimastingumas, būdinga žemesnė gyvenimo prasmė, lyginant su to paties ligos aiškumo suvokimo, bet žemesnio nerimastingumo asmenimis; Didesnio ir mažesnio suvokiamo ligos aiškumo asmenims, kuriems būdingas aukštesnis depresyvumas, būdinga žemesnė gyvenimo prasmė, lyginant su to paties ligos aiškumo suvokimo, bet žemesnio depresyvumo asmenimis, išskyrus mažesnio suvokiamo ligos aiškumo vyrus.
Purpose of the research – to determine the relationship between people', suffering from cancer, disease perception, emotional state and meaning in life. People with higher and lower personal control of illness perception, who have higher depression rates, have lower meaning in life in comparison with people with the same personal control of illness perception but lower depression rates, except men, who have high personal control of illness perception. People with higher and lower perception of illness treatment control, who have higher anxiety rates, have lower meaning in life in comparison with people, with the same perception of illness treatment control, but lower anxiety rates.
