Title: Ar ikiteisminio tyrimo institucijos išvada, kad nelaimingą atsitikimą darbe (pakeliui į/iš darbo) sąlygojo paties nukentėjusiojo Kelių eismo taisyklių pažeidimai, yra pakankamas pagrindas Valstybinio socialinio draudimo fondo valdybos teritoriniams skyriams pripažinti įvykį nedraudiminiu?
Other Title: Whether a conclusion by a pre-trial investigation institution that a labor accident was caused by the injured party's breach of road rules is sufficient for the Territorial offices of State social insurance fund board to acknowledge the accident a non-insurance event?

Abstract: Darbe nagrinėjamos Valstybinio socialinio draudimo fondo valdybos teritorinių skyrių kompetencijos ribos, priimant sprendimus dėl nelaimingo atsitikimo darbe pripažinimo nedraudiminiu įvykių, kuomet nelaimingas atsitikimas darbe įvyksta dėl paties nukentėjusiojo veikos, susijusios su administraciniu teisės pažeidimu.
This study analyses the legitimacy of the decisions of the Territorial offices of State social insurance fund board trying to submit the answer to the following hypothetical issue: whether the information that the insured person violated the road rules and that violation gave cause for a labor accident is a sufficient basis for the decisions of the Territorial offices of State social insurance fund board not to grant the benefits of social insurance?
