Abstract: Tyrimo problema: Ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigoje vaikams svarbu suvokti ir priimti kitų perspektyvą, t. y. požiūrį, nes vaikui reikia suprasti, kokią realybę mato ir kaip pasaulį supranta kitas vaikas, kad būtų galima veikti kartu, bendrauti, parodyti empatiją ir supratimą, tada įvyksta savo ir kito vaiko perspektyvų derinimas,. tačiau vaikas ne visada sugeba suprasti kito perspektyvą, poziciją, kito nuomonę, atitrūkti nuo savo paties požiūrio, imtis kito požiūrio taško, todėl tarp vaikų dažnai kyla konfliktai, perspektyvų nederinimas.
The research problem - For children in Pre-school is very important to understand and accept perspectives, approaches of other, because children need to understand what the reality they see and how understand the world another child. They need it for working together, communicating, showing empathy and understanding, but the child is not always able to understand another perspective, position, opinion, to break away from their own view, to take another point of view, because the children often have conflicts, not are able to accept other perspectives. If children will be able to see the different perspectives, they will be able to compromise with other children of this age, will develop their ability to understand the thoughts, feelings and perspectives of others. However, teachers do not always know what the advantages provided by education of perspectives, what are the children's perspective, the expression of signs and how they reveal, but also not sufficiently disclosed and teachers do not always know how to combine children, parents and teachers' perspectives in early childhood education.
