Abstract
Tyrimo objektas: ugdomosios veiklos ypatumai. Tikslas: išanalizuoti sociokultūrinės aplinkos reikšmę atvirų jaunimo centrų ir erdvių ugdomosios veiklos ypatumams. Uždaviniai: 1. Apžvelgti atviro darbo su jaunimu funkcijas ir veiklos ypatumus, institucines darbo formas. 2. Išsiaiškinti, su kokiomis problemomis susiduria tam tikroje teritorijoje gyvenantys jauni žmonės. 3. Nustatyti atvirų jaunimo centrų ir erdvių darbuotojų ugdomosios veiklos ypatumus. 4. Palyginti atvirų jaunimo centrų ir erdvių ugdomąsias veiklas skirtingose sociokultūrinėse aplinkose. Hipotezė: atvirų jaunimo centrų ir erdvių ugdomoji veikla priklauso nuo vietovės sociokultūrinės aplinkos. Teorinė dalis: metodinės, mokslinės literatūros analizė. Mokslinės literatūros, nagrinėjančios atvirą darbą su jaunimu bei AJC ir AJE veiklą, jos organizavimą, beveik nėra. Dar 2003 metais I. Leliūgienė yra rašiusi apie vaikų organizacijas, tačiau tai yra labai artima ir jaunimo arba su jaunimu dirbančiomis organizacijomis. Apie atvirą darbą su jaunimu ir institucines šio darbo formas rašo, bei organizacijoms ir darbuotojams metodines rekomendacijas rengia Jaunimo reikalų departamentas prie Socialinės apsaugos ir darbo ministerijos, A. Kučikas (jaunimo neformalus ugdymas, jaunimo politikos plėtra), A. Malinauskas (atviro darbo su jaunimu ekspertas), R. Škredaitė, S. Pilitauskaitė, Z. Pikiotienė - neformalaus ugdymo, darbo su jaunimu ekspertės. Šie žmonės išsamiai rašo ir konsultuoja apie atvirą darbą su jaunimu, vykdomas programas, teikia metodines rekomendacijas dėl veiklos organizavimo ir dokumentacijos tvarkymo. Apie AJE ie AJC veiklas, jų finansavimą, dalinasi patirtimi įgyta užsienyje (Vokietijoje) Tyrimo metodika: pasirinkta klasikinės struktūros klausimynas, atvirą jaunimo centrą ar erdvę lankantiems jaunuoliams apklausti ir struktūruotas interviu klausimymas jaunimo arba su jaunimu dirbantiems darbuotojams. Analizuojant tyrimo duomenis išsamiai pristatoma anketinių duomenų analizė, apdorota SPSS 16.0 programa (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) programa, duomenis papildant interviu su darbuotojais metu gauta informacija. Tyrimo duomenų pateikimui, schematizavimui ir interpretavimui naudota Microsoft Excel 2010 programa. Tyrimo metu buvo išdalintos 55 anketos jaunuoliams. 5 anketos buvo sugadintos arba nebaigtos pildyti. Interviu dalyvavo 11 darbuotojų. Tyrimui pasirinktos Kauno, Vilniaus, Druskininkų, Grigiškių ir Lentvario atviri jaunimo centrai ar erdvės. Tyrimo rezultatai: pirmojoje dalyje buvo siekiama išsiaiškinti su kokiomis problemomis susiduria jaunuoliai lankantys atvirus jaunimo centrus ar erdves, kas padeda spręsti problemas. Antroje dalyje analizuojama atvirų jaunimo centrų ir erdvių ugdomosios veiklos ypatumai, jaunuolių dažniausiai pasirenkama veikla, buvo sudaryta organizacijų vykdomų veiklų lentelė, kurioje nurodomi panašumai vienijantys organizacijas, o taip pat ir skirtumai, nurodantys į organizacijų veiklų savitumą, išskirtinumą. Trečiojoje dalyje palygintos atvirų jaunimo centrų ir erdvių ugdomosios veiklos skirtingose sociokultūrinėse aplinkose, analizuojami reikšmingi skirtumai tarp vietovės ir pasirenkamos veiklos. Išvados: Tam tikroje sociokultūrinėje aplinkoje esantis AJC/AJE vykdo veiklas, kurias padiktuoja jo buvimo vietoje esančios problemos. Veiklos organizuojamos atsižvelgiant į jaunų žmonių poreikius ir iniciatyvas. Tokiu principu įgyvendinama atviro darbo su jaunimu koncepciją. Atlikus tyrimo duomenų analizę buvo patvirtinta hipotezė, kad atvirų jaunimo centrų ir erdvių ugdomoji veikla priklauso nuo vietovės sociokultūrinės aplinkos.
Object of the research: peculiarities of educational performance. Aim of the research: to analyse meaning of social-cultural environment on the peculiarities of the educational performance of open youth centres and spaces. Objectives of the research: 1. To overview functions of open work with youth and peculiarities of the performance and institutional work form; 2. To reveal the problems, faced by young people in the particular territory; 3. To establish peculiarities of the performance of open youth centres and space personnel; 4. To compare educational performance of open youth centres and spaces in different social-cultural environment Hypothesis: the educational performance of open youth centres and spaces depend on the sociocultural environment. Theoretical part: analysis of methodical and academic literature. The latter literature, analysing open work with youth and the OJC/OYS performance and its organization could hardly be found. It was year 2003 when I. Leliūgienė wrote on children organizations, closely related to youth ones or working with youth. Open work with youth and its institutional forms are described and the methodology recommendations for personnel and organizations are prepared by the Youth Affairs Department at the Ministry of Social Protection and Labour, A. Kučikas (informal youth education, youth policy development), A. Malinauskas (an expert of open work with youth), R. Škredaitė, S. Pilitauskaitė, Z. Pikiotienė – experts in informal education, work with youth. These people write and consult on open work with youth, programmes, also provide recommendations with methodology on performance structuring and documentation arrangement, the OJC/OYS performance, financing and share foreign experience (German). Methods: a questionnaire of a classical structure for questioning the open youth centre or space visitors and a structured interview for youth, personnel working with youth. Research data was analysed by presenting a detailed questionnaire data analysis, processed by SPSS 16.0 (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) and adding the personnel interview information, presentation, schematization and interpretation was performed by Microsoft Excel 2010. Research covered 55 questionnaires for young people; inc. 5 not filled in or defected. Interview covered 11 employees. Research was performed in open youth centres or spaces in Kaunas, Vilnius, Druskininkai, Grigiškės and Lentvaris. Results: Part One was intended to detect what problems are faced by young visitors of the open youth centres or spaces, who help them to solve the problems. Part Two analysed the peculiarities of the performance of open youth centres and space, also the usual activities of the young people, to form a table on organizational performance with the common and separate features that unite or features exclusive and unique character of organizations. Part Three compared the performance of open youth centres and spaces in different social-cultural environment and analysed differences in terms of a place and chosen performance. Conclusions: OJC/OYS in a particular social-cultural environment conduct performance, reacting on the existing problems. The performance differs regarding the needs and proactivity of the youth thus implementing a conception of open work with youth. The research data has proved the hypothesis that educational performance of open youth centres and spaces depend on the sociocultural environment.
