Vaikų dienos centruose teikiamos socialinės ir ugdymo paslaugos vaikams. Tačiau, kaip rodo atlikti tyrimai, jų veiksmingumas diskutuotinas. Šių centrų veiklai tobulinti siūloma sukurti Socioedukacinį klasterį, kuris gali tapti tokių centrų teikiamų paslaugų kokybės gerinimo ir plėtotės priemone. Aptariama tokio Klasterio kūrimo loginė schema, susidedanti iš penkių sąveikaujančių žingsnių. Pateikiama Klasterio formavimo loginė schema, sudaranti prielaidas Klasteriui sukurti ir įgyvendinti.
Child day care centres provide both social and educational services. Under the order of the Ministry of Social Security and Labour of the Republic of Lithuania the activity of such centres was researched from the perspective of efficiency in 2015. Although the research findings state that the respondents find the services in question efficient, there is also written that the services need some perfection since there is observed a tendency that children’s problems are less discussed with them as well as uneven distribution of centres in Lithuania. It is suggested that a socio-educational cluster should be created in order to improve the services of child day care centres. The aim of the research– to provide a logical scheme of creation of a social-educational cluster as a possibility of decomposing the activity of social and educational services provided by a child day care centre.
The object of the research – a social-educational cluster oriented towards decomposition of the activity of child day care centres from the perspective of construction. Methods of the research: analysis of scholarly literature and documents, modelling. Issues of the activity of child day care centres with a focus on the perfection of social services and education are discussed in the article. A social-educational cluster as a possibility to ameliorate the activity of child day care centres is analysed. There is provided a logical scheme of creating a social cluster:
Rallying the initiative group, preparation of the research methodology, identification of problems and ways of solution in the context of social and educational services provided and needed for children;
Analysis of the activity and potential of organizations that provide social and educational services for children, search for potential cluster partners;
Formulation, discussion and confirmation of a cluster vision in harmony with its mission and partners’ interests;
Creation of the cluster vision and the strategy of its mission implementation;
Implementation of the cluster strategy and monitoring.
