Abstract
Sporto praktikoje lyderystė siejama su trenerio vadovavimo stiliumi ir laikoma svarbia efektyvaus sportininkų ugdymo ir treniravimo sąlyga. Efektyvus trenerio vadovavimas leidžia sportininkams pasiekti savo asmeninių tikslų, išugdyti psichologinius įgūdžius.
Tyrimo tikslas. Ištirti, kaip aukštųjų mokyklų studentai futbolininkai ir jų treneriai suvokia trenerio lyderystę ugdant sportininkus.
Tyrimo uždaviniai:
1. Nustatyti, kaip studentai futbolininkai suvokia savo trenerio lyderystę ir palyginti rezultatus amžiaus aspektu.
2. Nustatyti, kaip futbolo treneriai suvokia savo lyderystės raišką per sporto treniruotes.
3. Palyginti studentų futbolininkų ir jų trenerių suvokiamos trenerio lyderystės raiškos rezultatus.
4. Atskleisti, kaip sportininkai ir treneriai vertina atmosferą tarp komandos narių, tarp komandos narių ir trenerio.
Tyrimo metodai: Mokslinės literatūros analizė; futbolo sportininkų ir trenerių apklausa, naudojant elektroninę anketą, taikyta Lyderystės sporto skalė (LSS) (Chelladurai, Saleh, 1980), lietuviška versija aprobuota Sabaliausko (2017); statistinė duomenų analizė. Tyrime dalyvavo 41 futbolininkas ir 12 futbolo trenerių.
Nustatyta: 1. Studentai futbolininkai geriausiai vertina trenerio teikiamą teigiamą grįžtamąjį ryšį treniruočių metu, jo treniravimo ir instruktavimo kompetenciją, o mažiausiais rodikliais įvertino trenerio autokratinio elgesio raišką. Sportininkų suvokimas trenerio lyderystės ugdant sportininkus nepriklauso nuo sportininkų amžiaus ir sportinio stažo.
2. Treneriai geriausiai vertina savo kompetenciją teikti teigiamą grįžtamąjį ryšį treniruočių metu, savo treniravimo ir instruktavimo kompetencijas, ir mažiausiais balais įvertino savo autokratinio elgesio per treniruotes raišką. Savo kaip trenerio lyderystės ugdant sportininkus suvokimas nepriklauso nuo trenerių amžiaus ir darbo stažo.
3. Nustatyta, kad sportininkų ir trenerių rodikliai statistiškai reikšmingai skyrėsi vertinant trenerio kompetenciją treniruoti ir instruktuoti bei teikti teigiamą grįžtamąjį ryšį, užfiksuoti didesni trenerių lyginant su sportininkais rodikliai.
4. Treneriai statistiškai reikšmingai geriau negu sportininkai vertina bendravimo atmosferą tarp komandos narių bei savo bendravimo stilių su sportininkais treniruočių metu. Sportininkų ir trenerių rodikliai vertinant bendravimo atmosferą tarp komandos narių ir trenerio nesiskyrė.

In sports practice leadership is associated with the coach leadership style and is considered an important condition for effective education and training of athletes. Effective coach leadership allows athletes to achieve their personal goals, develop psychological skills.
The aim of the research. To investigate how high school students footballers and their coaches perceive coach leadership in educating athletes.
Research objectives:
1. To determine how student footballers perceive their coach leadership and compare results in terms of age.
2. To determine how football coaches perceive their leadership expression during sports training.
3. To compare the results of the perception of coach leadership perceived by student footballers and their coaches.
4. Reveal how athletes and coaches value the atmosphere between team members, between team members and the coach.
Research methods:
Analisis of scientific literature; a survey of football athletes and coaches using an electronic questionnaire, the Leadership Sports Scale (LSS) was applied (Chelladurai, Saleh, 1980), the Lithuanian version was approved by Sabaliauskas (2017); statistical data analysis. The study involved 41 footballers and 12 football coaches.
Found:
1. Student footballers best evaluate the positive feedback provided by the coach during training, his coaching and instruction competence, and evaluate the expression of the coach's autocratic behavior with the lowest rates. Athletes’ perception of coach leadership in educating athletes does not depend on the age and sports experience of the athletes.
2. Coaches best evaluate their competence to provide positive feedback during training, their coaching and instruction competencies, and evaluate their expression of autocratic behavior during training with the lowest rates. The perception of one's leadership as a coach in the training of athletes does not depend on the age and work experience of coaches.
3. It was found that the rates of athletes and coaches differed statistically significantly in assessing the coach's competence to train and instruct and provide positive feedback, higher indicators of coaches compared to athletes were fixed.
4. Coaches statistically significantly better than athletes evaluate the atmosphere of communication between team members and their communication style with athletes during training sessions. The rates of athletes and coaches in terms of communication atmosphere did not differ between team members and the coach.
