Matematinis modeliavimas, identifikavimas, valdymas, diagnostika. Mokslo ir studijų reforma Lietuvoje / System analysis, modeling, identification, control, optimization: methods of mathematical modeling and optimal identification of dynamic systems and processes using predictor-based models; methods for synthesis and analysis of predictor-based self-tuning control systems; application of the modeling, identification, control and diagnostic systems in energetics, precision mechanics, and medicine. Sciense and study reform in Lithuania: analysis of science and education system as well as state policy trends, application of the results of this analysis in the laws and legislative acts regulating this sphere
