The article presents the telecommunication company’s sales personnel motivation research, according to F. Herzberg’s Two Factor Theory and Equity Theory main attitudes. 16 separate factors related to the nature of the work as well as the job environment is analyzed and the impact of these factors is measured on dissatisfaction and motivation of sales personnel. The authors also analyze personnel interpretations on reward equity.
