<p>Aš, ETD darbo autorius:</p>
<ul>
	<li>suteikiu Universitetui neišimtinę neterminuotą pasaulinę licenciją neatlygintinai naudotis ETD darbu Universiteto talpykloje pagal nustatytas prieigos prie jo sąlygas;</li>
	<li>garantuoju, kad pateiktas ETD darbas yra autorinis darbas, nepažeidžiantis kitų asmenų autorių ir gretutinių teisių ir tiesiogiai arba netiesiogiai kitų autorių kūrinius panaudojęs būdais, kuriems pagal Lietuvos Respublikos autorių teisių ir gretutinių teisių įstatymą nereikalingas išankstinis autoriaus (-ių) arba kito (-ų) gretutinių teisių subjekto (-ų) sutikimas arba yra gautas panaudoto kūrinio autoriaus (-ų) ar gretutinių teisių subjekto (-ų) sutikimas dėl panaudojimo;</li>
	<li>garantuoju, kad ETD darbo tekstas parengtas taisyklinga kalba ir atitinka keliamus stiliaus reikalavimus;</li>
	<li>garantuoju, kad pateiktame ETD darbe nepažeistos kitų asmenų autorių teisės, nepateikta konfidenciali ir (arba) neskelbtina informacija arba informacija, kuriai turi būti taikomi Lietuvos Respublikos teisės aktuose arba su manimi sudarytose sutartyse nustatyti skelbimo apribojimai. Prisiimu atsakomybę už tokius pažeidimus ir įsipareigoju atlyginti Universitetui visus Universiteto patirtus nuostolius kilusius dėl tokių autorių teisių ar konfidencialumo pažeidimo, taip pat prisiimti visą atsakomybę už trečiųjų asmenų ieškinius dėl autorių arba konfidencialumo teisių pažeidimo;</li>
	<li>turiu galimybę pasibaigus prieigos prie ETD darbo embargo laikotarpiui kreiptis (per mėnesį) dėl prieigos prie Darbo sąlygų pratęsimo arba pakeitimo. Nepratęsus ETD darbo prieigos sąlygų (embargo), jos automatiškai keičiamos į – „Darbas laisvai prieinamas internete“;</li>
	<li>suteikiu Universitetui teisę skleisti ETD darbo metaduomenis ir (arba) darbą per išorines sistemas (pvz., Google Scholar, Lietuvos akademinę elektroninę biblioteką (eLABa) ir kt.), laikantis nustatytų prieigos prie jo sąlygų;</li>
	<li>sutinku, kad Universitetas, nekeisdamas turinio, ETD darbą ir metaduomenis gali pakeisti į bet kokią laikmeną ar formatą bei saugoti atsargines kopijas, siekiant ilgalaikio informacijos išsaugojimo.</li>
	</ul>
	
<p>Universitetas turi teisę, įsipareigoja:</p>
<ul>
	<li>gauti neišimtinę neterminuotą licenciją neatlygintinai naudotis ETD darbu, teisę atgaminti, platinti jį ir metaduomenis spausdintu bei elektroniniu formatu ir bet kokia laikmena, siekiant pritaikyti prieigai per išmaniuosius ir kitus įrenginius, saugoti atsargines darbo ir metaduomenų kopijas;</li>
	<li>saugoti į Talpyklą pateiktą ETD darbą ir, pagal galimybes, užtikrinti darbo autoriaus neturtinių teisių – autorystės teisės, teisės į autoriaus vardą ir  ETD darbo neliečiamybę – apsaugą;</li>
	<li>užtikrinti prieigą prie Talpykloje saugomo ETD darbo pagal autoriaus nustatytas prieigos sąlygas. Prieigos sąlygos gali būti netaikomos, kai Universitetas turi pateikti ETD darbą studijų rezultatų vertinimą atliekančioms institucijoms arba kitais Lietuvos Respublikos teisės aktų nustatytais atvejais;</li>
	<li>skleisti ETD darbo metaduomenis ir (arba) ETD darbą per išorines sistemas (pvz., Google Scholar, Lietuvos akademinę elektroninę biblioteką (eLABa) ir kt.), laikydamasis nustatytų prieigos sąlygų;</li>
	<li>automatiškai pakeisti ETD darbo prieigos sąlygas į – „Darbas laisvai prieinamas internete“, pasibaigus prieigos prie ETD darbo embargo laikotarpiui, jei  autorius per mėnesį nesikreipė dėl prieigos prie ETD darbo sąlygų pratęsimo arba pakeitimo;</li>
	<li>nederindamas su ETD darbo autoriumi ir nedelsdamas sustabdyti bet kokio lygio viešą prieigą prie ETD darbo, gavęs pranešimą dėl autorių ar gretutinių teisių subjektų teisių ir teisėtų interesų pažeidimo, o nustačius, kad pranešime pateikta informacija atitinka tikrovę, priimti sprendimą pašalinti ETD darbą iš Talpyklos be atskiro autoriaus informavimo ir sutikimo;</li>
	<li>ETD darbą reklamuoti ir kitaip naudoti Universiteto rinkodarinėje medžiagoje, laikantis nustatytų prieigos prie jo sąlygų.</li>
</ul>

<p>I, the author of the ETD:</p>
<ul>
	<li>grant the University a non-exclusive, open-ended, global license to use the ETD in the University’s archive free of charge, in accordance with the conditions established for access to such ETD;</li>
	<li>warrant that the submitted ETD is an original work by the author, which does not infringe other persons’ copyright and related rights and has directly or indirectly used other works by means which, in accordance with the Law on Copyright and Related Rights of the Republic of Lithuania, do not require the prior consent of the author(s) or other subject(s) of related rights, or such consent has been obtained from the author(s) of the used work or the subject(s) of related rights regarding such use;</li>
	<li>guarantee that the text of the ETD is written in accordance with the rules established for proper language use and meets the language-style requirements;</li>
	<li>guarantee that the submitted ETD does not infringe the copyright of other persons, does not contain confidential and/or sensitive information or information that must be subject to publication restrictions established in legislation of the Republic of Lithuania or in agreements concluded with me. I take responsibility for such violations and undertake to compensate the University for any damage suffered by the University as a result of an infringement of such copyright or confidentiality, as well as to assume full liability for claims by third parties regarding copyright or confidentiality;</li>
	<li>have the opportunity to apply upon the end of the period of embargo on access to the ETD (within one month following such end) regarding an extension or modification in the terms and conditions for access to the ETD. If the terms and conditions for access to the ETD (the embargo) are not extended, such terms and conditions are automatically changed to ‘the ETD is freely accessible online’;</li>
	<li>grant the University the right to disseminate the metadata of the ETD and/or the work through external systems (e.g., Google Scholar, Lithuanian Academic Electronic Library (eLABa), etc.) in accordance with the established terms and conditions for access to such work;</li>
	<li>agree that the University may change the ETD and its metadata, without changing the content, into any medium or format and store backups in the interest of long-term preservation of information.</p>
</ul>

<p>The University has the right and undertakes:</p>
<ul>
	<li>to obtain a non-exclusive, open-ended license to use the ETD free of charge, the right to reproduce, distribute such work and its metadata in printed and electronic format and in any medium for the purpose of adapting access through smart and other devices, storing backup copies of such work and its metadata;</li>
	<li>to store the ETD submitted to the archive and, as far as possible, to ensure the protection of the non-pecuniary rights of the author of the work, such as copyright, the right to the author’s name and the inviolability of the ETD;</li>
	<li>to ensure access to the ETD stored in the archive in accordance with the terms and conditions for access established by the author;</li>
	<li>to disseminate ETD metadata and/or the ETD through external systems (e.g., Google Scholar, Lithuanian Academic Electronic Library (eLABa), etc.) in accordance with the established terms and conditions for access;</li>
	<li>to automatically change the terms and conditions for access to the ETD to ‘Work freely available on the internet’ upon the end of the embargo on access to the ETD if the author has not requested within a month an extension or modification of the terms and conditions for access to the ETD;</li>
	<li>to immediately suspend any level of public access to the ETD without consulting with the author of the ETD upon receipt of a notice of infringement of the rights and legitimate interests of holders of copyright or related rights and, if it is established that the information alleged in such notification is in fact true, to take a decision to remove the ETD from the archive without any additional informing and consent of the author;</li>
	<li>to promote and otherwise use the ETD in the University’s marketing materials, in accordance with the established conditions for access to such work.</li>
