  • Research in Individual Psychology with the major focus in the development of the personality inventories to assess the Individual Psychology construct of Lifestyle. Three instrument have been developed include Life Style Personality Inventory, Kern Life Style Scale and BASIS-A (Basic Adlerian Scales for Interpersonal success). Through the process in developing these instruments research areas include stress and wellness. Personality attributes of teachers in classroom behavior, profiles of inmates in Correctional institutions, research on MBA students related to conflicts, weight control, drug abuse populations, marital relationships, parenting and most recent life style attributes of murderers
