Project Management Office (PMO) is a non-academic University division established in 2007. The aim of the PMO is to implement an effective administration and coordination of the University project activities as well as to ensure facilities and conditions for projects development and effective project management process.
The tasks of the PMO:
• Analysis of the University project activity, development of perspective projects plans.
• Balance of the interests of University and projects groups.
• Analysis of resources for project activities.
• Development of favourable environment for project activity in the University.
• Exchange of best practice for projects development and implementation.
• Dissemination of the University projects.
• Development and administration of the University projects.
The University coordinates or participates as partner in a considerable number of different national and international projects supported by the EU Structural Funds, Lifelong Learning, 7th Framework and other programmes. Currently 140 projects are being implemented at the University.
