EU searches for Journalism’s Next Young Stars
If you are a journalist or journalism student aged 17-35 then the European Young Journalist Award 2010 is an opportunity not to be missed.
You stand the chance of being selected as a national winner from your country and also taking home one of three Special Prizes: a cultural trip to a European capital of your choice!
Print, online and radio journalism reports that focus on EU Enlargement can be submitted by individuals or teams of up to three people.
The competition will run until 28 February 2010. Submissions should focus on EU Enlargement from a creative and thought-provoking angle.
National juries throughout Europe will select the 36 National Winners who will travel to Istanbul for a cultural and historical trip in May 2010. From these 36 winners a European jury will select three Special Prize winners in the following categories: most original report, best research, best journalistic style.
