Call for Applications: LLP / Erasmus Placement Mobility Grants

The VMU International Office has announced competition for the LLP / Erasmus Placement Mobility Grants for the academic year of 2012 / 2013. The placement period is 3 months and all first-year full-time degree students are welcome to participate. The deadline for application submissions is 22 April 2012.

The LLP / Erasmus Placement Mobility Grants for the academic year of 2012 / 2013 offer placement for the period of three months: the earliest date of its beginning is 6 June 2012, while the latest date of the ending is 31 October 2013. All first year full-time degree students who want to participate in the competition should fill in application documents until 22 April 2012.

Application documents are the application form and the confirmation of the host organization or enterprise (in accordance with the form of the International Office) available here.

The criteria for the selection are the following: study results; good knowledge of the language which will be used during the placement; student’s motivation; student’s work, study, placement, participation in the international or academic projects, social activity experience in Lithuania and abroad; student’s ability to independently solve problems. The priority is given to students for whom placement is an obligatory part of their study programme, and to students who have the confirmation document from the host organization or enterprise.

The competition results will be sent to every participant via e-mail as well as published on the VMU International Office’s web site and the Information boards on 3 May 2012.
