Apply Now: BA and MA Degree Studies at VMU (Extended Deadline)
Vytautas Magnus University (VMU) welcomes international students to apply for 11 Bachelor and 21 Master degree study programmes in the English language. Application deadline for studies in the 2018/2019 academic year has been extended to 15 July. Application submissions have to be sent online.
Registration for the BSU is open until the end of June
This July, the Baltic Summer University (BSU) is back at Vytautas Magnus University (VMU) and everyone is welcome to join any of its 15 programmes by registering for them online on BSU’s website.
Apply now for accommodation during your studies at VMU
Vytautas Magnus University has opened the application for accommodation during the academic year 2018/2019 for all current and incoming full-time, Erasmus+, Bilateral or other exchange students, except for students, who are planning to come and study at VMU in Spring semester of academic year 2018/2019.
Exhibition at VMU Schowcases Japanese Postage Stamps
From May 24 until June 30, VMU Centre for Asian Studies invites everyone to the exhibition Prefectures, which showcases Japanese postage stamps from the collection by Leonas Veržbolauskas, at the 4th floor gallery in the VMU Centre for Research and Studies (V. Putvinskio g. 23).
University Summer Challenge: Compete for Healthy Lifestyle
VMU students, lecturers, employees and all other members of the community are invited to register for the University Summer Challenge from 1st of June: join an international inter-university competition in which community members of European and Lithuanian universities compete in physical activities. The challenge will continue from 1 June until 31 August. Before starting, it is recommended to prepare by taking a free body composition analysis test at VMU Sports Centre (Technikos g. 18R).
Intermedix Lietuva Scholarship Competition for VMU Students
For a second year in a row, VMU is cooperating with UAB Intermedix Lietuva to offer seven one-time scholarships of 200 EUR to third/fourth year BA or first/second year MA students with higher academic achievements (grade average for the previous semester must be 9 or higher) and strong involvement in social and public activities within the university and beyond.
