Vytautas Magnus University achieves its strategic goals thanks in no small part to active involvement of the following university centres: Arts Centre, Career and Competence Centre (in Lithuanian), Centre of Continuing Studies (in Lithuanian), Centre of Foreign Languages, Centre for Quality of Studies, Energetic Security Research Centre, Study Information Centre, Sports Centre.

Arts Centre

The Arts Centre at the Faculty of Arts coordinates creative activities of the university's students. It unites the initiatives spanning the fields of the performing arts and the visual arts. Visual arts are represented by the Gallery 101 (Laisvės al. 53–101) and the community Menų Virtuvė, while the performing arts are offered by student folklore ensemble Linago, girls' chamber choir, folk dance ensemble Žilvitis, academic theatre of movement, student theatre workshop, dance group INDIGO. The Dept. of Theatre Studies at the Faculty of Arts lends a hand to the Theatre Club, which unifies lovers and professionals of the stage arts not just from VMU.

Career and Competence Centre

The mission of the centre is to be an active participant in the implementation of the university's strategic activities, developing the processes of students' career planning, observation of the alumni professional activities, evaluation of the informally or independently accomplished results and recognition of competences.

Centre of Continuous Studies

The activities of the Centre of Continuous Studies are oriented towards the launch, designing and organisation of new adult learning services, as well as the involvement of university's other divisions into those activities.

Centre of Foreign Languages

The VMU Centre of Foreign Languages is the most modern academic language centre in Lithuania, offering the largest number of different language courses – no less than 26.

Centre for Quality of Studies

The Centre for Quality of Studies aims to develop the culture of the university's quality of studies in the context of the experience of the most advanced universities in the world and Europe.

Energetic Security Research Centre

Founded in 2009, the Energetic Security Research Centre is a joint Vytautas Magnus University and the Lithuanian Energy Institute research centre. The Energetic Security Research Centre welcomes scientific groups of various divisions at the university and the institute, working on research topics related to the research of energetic security.

Sports Centre

Sports Centre declares that its mission is to encourage the students to follow the values of physical education and sports, to create conditions favourable for physical training, to keep health strong and preserve the working efficiency, and to aptly represent the university in national and international contests.
