MODEL OF THE DETERMINATION OF CUSTOMER LOYALTY STAGE
The article proposes the theoretical model of customer loyalty classification. Various methods of customer loyalty measurement are analyzed. On the basis of the analysis of customer loyalty classification and measurement, the universal theoretical model for the determination of customer loyalty stages is designed.

CREATIVITY PROCESS AND ITS POTENTIAL DEVELOPMENT IN ORGANIZATIONS
The goal of this article is to introduce the creative thinking in the individual and organizational context. It is emphasized the necessity to learn how to practice it and then promote it constantly, also to develop creative culture enabling high idea output, which enables high innovation. There is offered the creativity stimulation program, which could serve as the implementation of creative methods for problem solving in the daily working environment and could result in new creative projects as well as in the new individual and organizational attitudes.

This article aims to examine the services of higher education in the context of information society. The authors analyze the evaluation of respondents – two universities’ (KTU and VMU) students - as users of higher education services, according to results of an exploratory structured questionnaire.

STAFF MANAGEMENT IN A RAPIDLY CHANGING ENVIRONMENT
The paper discusses staff management characteristics under the conditions of a rapidly changing environment. Management of the staff by self-management development is considered as an opportunity for the human capital improvement in an organization. It is suggested to form a strategic preparation of an organization, which promotes its competitive advantage and the growth in a dynamic environment, by combining conventional centralized management elements with those of self-management.

TERRITORIAL ADMINISTRATIVE REFORM IN LITHUANIA: EXPERIENCES OF THE FIRST STAGE
Practical experience of Lithuania’s territorial administrative reform in Rietavas, Pagegiai and Elektrenai municipalities has been analyzed. Shortages that appear establishing new municipalities are compensated by the advantages such as economy promotion and the satisfaction of inhabitants.

THEORETICAL INSIGHTS TO LEADERSHIP BASED ON SYSTEMS THINKING PRINCIPLES
The author attempts to summarize theoretically the relevance of the systems thinking principles to leadership. The analysis of theoretical sources was carried out under the principle of synthesised coherence. The methodology of systems thinking is inseparable from the philosophy of systems thinking, thus, the article presents the common theory of systems and the systems approach to the organization. It also includes an integration of theoretical insights. A new leadership conception has been formed, which is based on the systems thinking principles. Originality and value of the new conceptual framework for leadership is integration, which focuses on interactive relations among separate leadership foundations rather than on a separate aspect of leadership. The contents of the leadership foundations may be controlled, developed and supplemented with other results of empirical studies using a conceptual framework for leadership as a basis for development of system thinking.

MANAGERS’ USE OF DIFFERENT POWERS IN LITHUANIAN COMPANIES FROM THE VIEWPOINT OF THEIR SUBORDINATES
The article gives the results of a pilot research on power of managers in Lithuanian companies. They highlight the use level of manager’s legitimate, reward, coercive, expert and referent power as well as its development, and the variety of means how this power is employed in Lithuanian companies.

TEAMWORK PECULIARITIES IN DIFFERENT TYPES OF LITHUANIAN ORGANIZATIONS
The article provides the research results of teamwork peculiarities in different types of Lithuanian organizations using the standardised “Team Plus” testing methodology, which allows to estimate the main aspects of teamwork in different types of organizations. The paper also discovers opportunities and advantages of teamwork and distinguishes the main attributes of a team in different organizations.

TURNOVER AMONG NEW EMPLOYEES: ITS RELATIONSHIP WITH ORGANIZATIONAL SOCIALIZATION
The aim of the paper is to analyze the problem of turnover among new employees on the early stage of their career. The dynamics of turnover intentions was studied; the relationship between employee turnover and organizational socialization was investigated. The possibilities of applying the results in practice have been discussed.
