Development possibilities of small and medium size business in Lithuania are identified in this article. The analysis includes the discussion of the peculiarities of state financial support in Lithuania, presentation of the research of Kaunas district SME, which helped to identify the main problems in this sector and the project of intensification of SME development possibilities.

THE SPECIFICITY AND EVALUATION PROBLEMS OF CREDIT RISK IN LEASING SECTOR
In this article is analyzed credit risk in leasing sector. Leasing in this case is treated as one of lowest credit risk forms and this conditions the need to improve the decisions of credit risk evaluation in leasing sector, by analyzing the problems of credit risk assessment in leasing sector.

MANAGING SUPPLY CHAIN: DOES IT CREATE VALUE FOR THE COMPANIES? CASE OF LITHUANIAN LISTED COMPANIES
The paper analyzes the impact of the efficiency of supply chain management on company value. Working capital ratios as well as their correlations are used in the research. The influence that supply chain management decisions have on financial ratios and the company value is analyzed from two perspectives: industry sectors perspective and sector leaders perspective for listed companies in Lithuania. Later those results are combined with data on market capitalization of companies.

REGULATION OF PRODUCTION AND USE OF GOODS IN MIXED ECONOMIMCS
Specific forms of production and use of goods are described under conditions of mixed economics interaction of marketable business and natural economic activity. It is shown, how production of goods in the event of natural activity of household influences relevant volumes of supply and demand of goods. Methods, means and role of production and use of goods in mixed economics are described.

THE PARTICULARITIES OF ROYAL SPAS QUALITY CRITERIA: CASE OF BIRŠTONAS RESORT
The article presents the analysis of the connection between recreation, tourism and relaxation. In this article there is created the structural model of the resort and according to this model there were separated two criteria groups of the Royal Spas of Europe. Depending on these criteria Lithuanian resort - Birštonas - was analyzed.

DECALOGUES UNIVERSALITY IN BUSINESS
Here the use of the Decalogue in business is analysed in order to solve its morality and ethical issue. The authors analyse the interpretations of the Decalogue by A. Meneghetti and J. Rubenis in the context of business. The authors conclude by saying that the interpretation of the Decalogue according A. Meneghetti is the right way to manage human resources in business.

Customer loyalty and valuable customers retention are becoming more and more significant as a tool for competitive advantage. The article presents the results of the research that was carried out in order to find out and explore the factors possessing influence upon customer retention. Factors that influence customer defection and reasons for customer dissatisfaction were defined in the article.

The article analyses structure and trends of information technology investments, where expenses for information systems (IS) are dominant. Various methods of IS evaluation, which cover full system acquisition process, are taken into account. Critical assessment of IS public procurement process is presented and generalised evaluation criteria are proposed.
