LOGISTICS: SYSTEMATIC MANAGEMENT OF PROCUREMENT ANS STRATEGIC DELIVERIES
Transition in logistics moves it from a separate, restricted partial problem solving and thinking to a systematical attitude, which becomes more prevalent in management at present. In his previous works the author of the article listed the main common, theoretical, methodological holistic questions for logistics. By using stored experience, this article systematically studies one of the most important logistical subsystems (a subsystem or subdivision of procurement and delivery), without which the system will not be able to function properly. An effective realization of informative logistics and delivery functions when combining them with a common organizational cooperative strategy form proper conditions for increasing profit and competition. The article focuses on systemic attitude. The article determines the patterns of delivery functions, how they are in favor of an effective implementation of common goals and strategic organization and rational integration of delivery functions into a common strategic management of organization. Detailed overlook is given for the main delivery and organizational areas of strategic interaction interrelationships, strategic components, and a compound problem of a cooperative strategy.

The aim of the article is to analyse inventory revaluation methods foreseen in International Accounting Standards and local Lithuanian legislation. The author investigate inventory valuation at the lower of historical costs and net realisable value method and inventory valuation at the lower of cost and market value method.

THE ACTUAL NEWS OF FORMATION AND INTRODUCTION OF INNOVATION STRATEGY OF
ORGANIZATIONS
Innovation strategies are described in the article, as priority objects; characteristic of problematic scientific research of management, urgent problems of formation and introduction of innovation strategies in conditions of economy transformation. In the article it is given the established situation of patenting inventions in Lithuania. With the help of the model the development tendencies of number of patents according to the sections of the international patent classification are found. The check of the importance of the coefficient of the determination of development tendency of number of patents according to Fisher`s criterion is executed. The tendencies of inventiveness are set. In the area of the inventions the distribution of organizations` interests are found. The algorithm of innovation strategies` formation are offered.

CONCEPT OF THE INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL IN THE CONTEXT OF LITHUANIAN FINANCIAL MARKET
The paper analyzes issues of whether oversees popular concept of intellectual capital could be successfully adopted in Lithuania considering the state and characteristics of Lithuanian financial market. Based on the conducted analysis the authors conclude, that in present intellectual capital should not be analyzed through financial markets, using financial definitions of intellectual capital. It is suggested that further development of intellectual capital should concentrate on a single company analysis and was based on the management definition of such capital.

The Official statistical data from six European countries (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Lithuania, Sweden, the Netherlands) corresponded to the level of education of the population, ages, unemployment rate and segregated by gender were analysed and regularities were described. The comparing analysis of professional activities was carried out on the level of education of the citizens and influence of the education on unemployment. To illustrate the relation between the level of education and unemployment rate, the education- employability misbalance factor was derived

THE TENDENCY OF INTANGIBLE ASSETS VALUATION
Analysis of the evolution of business valuation methods showed that in new economy signification of financial and production factors are being diminished in the process of determination of business value. In the conditions of market competition intangible assets factors, such as intellectual property, intellectual assets and structural capital are increasingly being important. In this article the analysis of what the role intangible assets play in modern business valuation models of largest financial-consulting company's are made. After the analysis is made the model of company's valuation was created and presented in this article, which integrate the traditional elements - physical and financial assets, and the main elements of intangible assets - intellectual property, intellectual assets and structural capital.
